Admissions

Are you ready to take the next step in your academic journey? At University Studies at West Suffolk College, we’re here to guide you through the admissions process and make it as simple as possible. Whether you're applying for a full-time or part-time course, or you’re a college leaver or career changer, we've got the support and advice you need.

Full-time Applications

For full-time undergraduate courses, you'll apply through UCAS (Universities and Colleges Admissions Service).

You must register with the UCAS Hub and fill in your personal details and education history. You will then need to write a personal statement before you can submit your application.

Further guidance about how to apply, as well as guidance on how to write a personal statement, can be found on the UCAS website. Alternatively, come along to one of our upcoming open days where we will be hosting Personal Statement Workshops and UCAS Application Workshops. You can register for an open event via Eventbrite here.

Our institution code is W46, and the UCAS course codes can be found on the individual course pages on our website. You can view University Studies degree courses by searching “West Suffolk College” in the UCAS search bar. If you have any queries, please email universitystudiesadmissions@easterneducationgroup.ac.uk or call 01284 412026.

Part-time Applications

Many of our undergraduate courses such as our HNC/Ds and HTQs are available part-time, offering a flexible way to balance your studies with other commitments. This is ideal for students on Higher or Degree Apprenticeships, who can gain real-world experience while studying over a longer period.

Ready to apply? It’s quick and easy! Just choose your course via our website, click ‘Apply Part Time,’ create an account, and fill in the application. This process should take around ten minutes. If you require any assistance, please email universitystudiesadmissions@easterneducationgroup.ac.uk or call 01284 412026.
